All items will be sold on an as-is where-is basis. Within ten days of notification, the winning bidders must pay the full bid amount and remove the item from Academy premises.
Items may be viewed by contacting the Academy’s Purchasing Department at (207) 326-2447 to make an appointment.

All bids must be sealed and must contain the name of the applicable item, the amount of the bid and the name, address and telephone number of the bidder. Outer envelopes must be plainly marked in the lower left-hand corner with the words: “Sealed Bid- April 2008” and must be sent or hand delivered to the Maine Maritime Academy, Purchasing Department Attention Hildy Lowell Castine Maine 04420.

All bids must be received before 12:00 noon on May 1, 2008.
